At San Diego Drums & Totes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your industrial storage and equipment solutions. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and that all industrial seals or gaskets are intact before initiating a return.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for heavy-duty freight.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original packaging; for large drums or IBC totes, ensure they are properly palletized and strapped for safe transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
